these sour swirls taste not bad . I found them to be strong as I usually when prescribed medications need to start slowly. I slice these thin and the work great for me and i have a good night sleep without pain

I definitely recommend this for anyone who struggles to fall asleep and stay sleeping! Very strong dosage, so cut one gummy into 1/4. Any more and you may feel stomach sick.
